Meet Our Founder
David has spent most of his career responsible for the technology other people depend on. He has led entire IT departments as a Chief Information Officer and helped run companies as a Chief Operating Officer, working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations on the kind of projects a business only takes on every decade or so: moving a company onto a new system like SAP, building out Salesforce, and creating custom software when nothing off the shelf would fit.
Since moving into consulting he has worked in solar, staffing, professional services, financial services, commercial real estate, mortgage lending and the nonprofit world. Those industries look nothing alike from the outside. The problems rhyme anyway. The same handful of early decisions tend to determine whether a project goes well or badly, whatever business you happen to be in.
Ask him what makes a project succeed and the answer is rarely the technology. It is whether the work has a clear purpose, whether anyone agreed how to measure it, and whether the people building it took the time to learn the business almost better than the people who run it. The simplest solution that does the job is usually the right one.
He founded Iron Triangle Technology Consulting to bring that experience to organizations that need it. When he is not immersed in the tech world, you can find David loving life in Las Vegas, where he lives with his wife and their two rescue pups.
